Application:
Curekind®55P with good heat stability and low volatility under high temprature, good mould release property and fluidity; 55P can be used as excellent lubricant in plastics and rubber industry; especially, it is suitable for the situation which request high heat stability and good mould release. From the plastic solution in the rubber refining process, and lubrication; excellent nucleating effect of the partially crystalline plastics, can be used for transparent products, an excellent filler and chemical dispersant. Can improve the plasticity of raw rubber, improve the flow
properties, increase the injection speed and volume; Make injection and rolling products such as seal products
and moulded chip surface smooth, no effect on the vulcanization.
Use:
Mixed in the mill and mixer, suggest to add in with the filler to avoid sticky roller.
Also can be added by early of mixing, but feed slowly by several times to ensure that the cause can not fight the slippage roll, or it is difficulty to mixing.
Dosage: Used for various moulded or extrusion rubber pars.
